for some reason after nightmare calls out geoff (msg ~come on man~ give me a break) i cant see any new msgs in general :( otherwise this is so good and lowk gave me anxiety on how realistic it was lol

You say that as an insult, but he was correct hahaha. Please touch grass. Everyone else was completely insufferable. Like, no normal person types to each other that way. Normal people don't use lame excuses to not finish work. Normal people don't use dev chat spaces to go UwU at each other. This dev group was doomed to fail not because of the PM, but because of the complete lack of professionalism from everyone else involved, including the problematic dev. It read like every single person in that chat besides Geoff was 14 years old. Grow up.

(just replying bcs i love the implication that us, a team of devs, many of whom have been in successful projects before, some of us who work in game dev or dev-related fields professionally, do not know what the atmosphere of a dev chat is like. hate the game all you want, i mean, the characters are caricatures and that isn't for everyone. i'm literally not that funny either. but lol ive made more successful games with uwu folks than geofs, who ive seen blacklisted for their shit on several occasions. of course you're welcome to show dms of your dev chats and the great atmospheres there)
i'm currently a few minutes in, and wow those content warnings are extremely accurate. the characters are way too realistic in the best way possible, makes me feel chronically online because these are absolutely people i've seen
i felt actual dread whenever i had a new dm popped up or i had to catch up on a channel's discussion, incredible
i think it broke right at the end for me when the leader snapped, so no new messages were showing but the typing indicators were working, which i thought was an absolutely realistic depiction of the tenseness until i had to input a dialogue option that seemed completely unrelated to the conversation
I'm not sure what's going on with my PC and settings, but the game was glitchy for me at a certain point so I couldn't continue. I retried several times, but it was always at that same part.
From what I could play, I was really enjoying it. And chuckling out loud several times. ChatSim games always attract my attention, and the drama was fun.
there's a glitch once i get to the part where nightmare says 'give me a break' here none of the other character's lines show up (in browser) but noises/typing/prompts to choose lines still show up

Its not your pc we unfortunately have lots of bugs and we cant fix until the jams voting period is over !!
